My running journey started in 2011 at Baldwin Park HS, where I competed in Cross Country and Track. After high school, I spent 5 years at Oregon Tech competing in both Cross Country and Track collegiately. During my stay, I graduated with a B.S. in Applied Psychology, earned a total of 5 All-American awards, school records in 5K Cross Country and 800m Track, a Cascade Collegiate Champion in the 800m, and a National Team Championship in 2018 for Cross Country.  

After leaving Oregon Tech, I relocated to Eugene and continued my education at Portland State, where I graduated with a Master’s in Social Work. While completing my education, I spent 1 year as an Assistant Cross Country Coach at Willamette High School and 2 years as a Volunteer Assistant Track Coach at Churchill High School.
