Titans Finish Strong at Charles Bowles Invitational

The Lane men's and women's Cross Country teams both had strong finishes last weekend at the Charles Bowles Invitational in Salem, Oregon.

For the men, Owen Fuller led the way with a time of 26:10.5 in the 8K, finishing in the Top 100 for the event.

Conner Lamb followed close behind with a time of 26:20.4, finishing 110th.

Other Top 200 finishers include Nathan Glazier, Bryce Lehman, Robbie Johnston and Aonghas Houston.

The Titans placed 14th out of 25 schools, of which include Division 1, 2 and 3 schools, as well as NAIA and other Junior Colleges.

Every Titan set a lifetime personal record in the event.

On the women's side, Saundra Parsons led the Titans with a 68th place finish with a time of 19:09.4.

Hannah MacDuffee finished 2nd for the Titans and 126th overall with a time of 20:10.2.

Harmony Goodman, Juliana Scull, Chalis Bueckert and Mia Piscopo also finished in the Top 200.

The women finished 19th overall at the event and every Titan set a seasonal best.

The Titan's next meet will be the Linfield George Oja Invitational at the Oak Knoll Golf Course in Independence, Oregon this Saturday, October 19th.
