Titans Come Up Short Against Storm

Titans Come Up Short Against Storm

The Titans continue to search for their second league win of the season.

The Chemeketa Storm, currently in 4th place in the Southern Region, came into tonights matchup 6-7 and looking to qualify for the NWAC postseason.

The young Titans, like they have all season, fought to keep the score close in the 1st set but struggled to close and dropped it 25-22.

After a back and forth 2nd set, the Titans found themselves coming back from a 6 point deficit to take a lead late, but once again were unable to close and lost the set 25-20.

The Storm pounced on the reeling Titans in the 3rd and took it 25-14, winning the match 3-0.

The Titans fall to 1-12 on the season. Their next match is a road showdown with the Umpqua Riverhawks.
