The Lane Community College Women's Basketball team clinched their fourth consecutive
Southern Region Championship with their 85-52 victory over the Roadrunners from Linn Benton
Community College. Mya Adams led the Titans in scoring with 19 points followed by Micah
Wicks with 17 points. Brook Stookey chipped in 12 points and Chloe Daniels rounded out the
double figure scorers with 11 points. Daniels led the team with 12 rebounds and 5 assists while
Wicks ended the game with 6 steals.
The Titans finished the regular season with a 26-2 overall record and a 14-2 Southern Region
record. The Titans now enter the post season NWAC championship tournament in Pasco
Washington when they play Treasure Valley Community College on Saturday, March 9 th . Tip-off
is scheduled for 8 pm.
