A matchup of two of the NWAC's top ranked teams came down to the fourth quarter where the
Cougars from Clackamas CC outscored the Titans 24-13 and won the game by 5 points. The
final score was 70-65. The Titans led by 6 points after three quarters but couldn't put the
Cougars away as they turned the ball over and missed key free throws down the stretch.
Clackamas, on the other hand, executed their offense well and hit their free throws to ice the
game.
The Titans are currently 17-2 on the season and 5-2 in Southern Region play. They return to
action on Monday, January 29 th when they take on the Storm from Chemeketa Community
College.
