The Lane Community College Women's Basketball team defeated the Raiders from pierce
College by a score of 79-66 to win the Titan Classic. Plagued by foul trouble in the first half, the
Titans led by as many as 22 points throughout most of the second half and cruised to the 13-
point final margin of victory.
Four members of the Lane CC team finished with double figure scoring. Chloe Daniels led the
way with 16 points followed by Payton Sheridan with 15, Micah Wicks and Charlie Dea each
finished with 13 points. Payton Sheridan finished 1 rebound away from a double-double,
collecting 9 rebounds to lead the Titans in that category.
The 2-0 Titans return to action December 1 st when they travel to Lakewood Washington to
participate in the Raider Holiday Classic, hosted by Pierce College.
