Eugene, Ore. – Malaki Connella is from Dallas High School in Dallas, Ore. has committed to the Titans track and field program.

During his senior season, Connella won the 200-meter and 400-meter 5A OSAA finals. He set a PR in the 200-meter preliminaries at the 5A state championships with a 22.05 time (sixth best in the state and would have been fourth best in the NWAC). His PR in the 400-meters came during the 5A final when he ran a winning time of 49.30 (fifth best in the state and would have been third best in NWAC). He was a part of the second place 4x100-meter relay team at the state championships with a time of 43.36.
