A freshman from Jefferson, Oregon, Orton has stepped up and been one of the Titans' top offensive threats. As of January 20, she was averaging 22 ppg in five games played. On Jan. 10 against Clackamas, Orton scored half of the Titans 66 points when she scored 33 points on 11-for-20 from the field and 8-10 from the free throw line.

In two or three sentences, describe why you decided to attend LCC?
I decided to come to Lane because it was the best program in the NWAC and I wanted to be a part of that. I felt that the coaches were going to be able to push me to be better everyday. I played AAU for Greg for a couple of years in high school and I have been coming to open gyms since junior year so Lane already felt like a home to me.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
I would go to Belize and go to the beaches all day long.
