Oregon City, Ore. – Sandwiched between two bad quarters, the Titans finished each half strong in their 80-78 road win versus No. 2 Clackamas.

The Titans were minus nine in the first and third quarters, but an overall plus 11 advantage in the final quarter of each half helped them get by the second ranked team and avoid a 1-2 start in conference play.

Kalina Rojas played all 40 minutes and had her 12th double-double -- seventh in the last eight games – with 11 points and 13 rebounds. The Titans are now 18-3 when Rojas has a double-double in her career. Rojas only attempted six shots (4-6), her fewest since another 4-6 performance versus Southwestern Oregon on February 6, 2019.

Megan Fossen had a season-high 20 points and the game winning jump shot with four seconds remaining. This was Fossen's first 20-point game since December 29, 2018 vs Tacoma at the Chemeketa Holiday Tournament.

Kendra McAninch followed up her career-high 17 versus Umpqua with 16 points, seven rebounds and seven assists.

The Titans won the rebound battle 46-42 and out-shot Clackamas 45.5 percent to 37.7 percent.

The Titans host Southwestern Oregon (7-8, 1-1) on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
