The Titans (17-16) final home game of the season is agianst the SWOCC Lakers (12-21). Since it is the final home game of the season, it will be the sophomore game. Avery Brookshire, Shelby Dubay, Stacia Panther, Kaitlin Hampton and Christa Todd will be honored at the conclusion of the match. Hayes and Panther were recently named the Southern Region's offensive and defensive players of the week.

The Titans will try to avoid a season sweep after losing in 4 sets at SWOCC. The Lakers are second to last with a 2-9 record in league. This record can be tied to the all or nothing play the Lakers have had. They are 8th in the NWAC in total kills, but they are 1st in errors; they are 3rd in total serve aces and 3rd in serve errors. The Lakers come into this game on a 3-game losing streak.

In the 3-1 victory, the Lakers had their second highest point total of 77, after recording their third highest kill total of 56. The Lakers also had the benefit of a season high 15 aces. The Titans on the other hand hit .035, which is their third worst hitting game of the year. Hannah Hayes, who is 6th in the NWAC in hitting percentage, had her second worst game; she only hit .067 and was 7-30 attacking. Since that game the Titans have hit .288 in seven games and Hayes has hit .408.

The game is Friday November 2, at 6:30 pm at Lane Coliseum. Live stats are available and live stream on the Lane Titans Youtube channel.
