Titans can't get going against first-place LBCC

The Lane volleyball team fell into a four-way tie for second place in the NWAC South Region on Wednesday with a 25-19, 25-17, 25-16 loss to first-place Linn-Benton. The Roadrunners are 7-0 in the NWAC. Lane is tied with Clackamas, Clark and Chemeketa for second place at 4-3. The Titans dropped to 14-14 overall. Kennedy James had eight kills for Lane, Taylor Russell had 16 assists and Stacia Panther had 19 digs. Saige Brashears added five solo blocks. Grace Phillips had 13 kills for Linn-Benton, Madelynn Norris handed out 21 assists and Kya Knuth had 20 digs.
