Danielle VanOrd scored two first-half goals Wednesday in leading the Lane women's soccer team to a 4-1 win over visiting Rogue.
The Titans (6-5-2, 5-3 Northwest Athletic Conference) are in second place in the South Region standings with 15 points, one ahead of third-place Clackamas. Clark leads the South with 25 points.
Rogue got on the scoreboard first, but VanOrd's two goals gave the Titans a 2-1 halftime lead. Lane put the game away in the second half with goals from Kalea Nyby and Alia Donley.
Lane goalkeeper Hanalyn Sypher faced only two shots on goal.
