Shout out to Alexis Crowl (right) for breaking the Lane Women's 3000 Meter Steeplechase School Record (11:43.23) and to Claire Ebert (left) for making it to 4th Position (11:53.56) in the Top Ten All Time 3000 Meter Steeple Chase! They went 1-2 at the Rich Allen Classic hosted by George Fox!
