VANCOUVER, Wash. — The Lane and Clark men played 90 minutes of even soccer, including scoring second-half goals within moments of each other, and the teams finished in a 1-1 draw in a Northwest Athletic Conference match Saturday.
Jesus Velazco scored an unassisted goal in the 60th minute to give the Titans (6-5-3, 3-3-3 NWAC) a 1-0 edge. But that lead lasted only a minute after the Penguins (3-7-2, 3-5-1) knotted things with a goal in the 61st minute.
Jacob Scorse had six saves in goal for Lane while Clark's Chris Henry stopped three shots.
