Eugene, Ore. – Daniel Beckstead finished 16th in the 6K with a time of 18:54.1. Beckstead was second among freshman and helped the Titans finish second in the team standings behind a Division I team and ahead of 10 four-year schools.
Beckstead is a freshman from Grants Pass High School and Grants Pass, Ore. He placed in state five times and hold two school records (3,000-meters and 5,000-meters).
